OnInc was born from the idea of simplifying business management by bringing together complementary expertise designed for the concrete needs of startups and SMEs.

It all started with OnCompte, founded by a CFO and CTO determined to modernize accounting with a 100% digital, agile, and connected approach.

The arrival of Alias Clic, which became OnClic, marked a key milestone: integrating strong expertise in web development and automation, allowing us to design high-performance and interconnected digital platforms.

To meet the needs for accounting compliance and tax optimization, we launched OnConforme, to ensure the certification of financial statements and optimize tax credits (SR&ED, etc.).

We then consolidated our AI expertise with the acquisition of Isatis and its technological assets (Cogment™, Arbitration Engine, AI Factories). Today, Isatis develops tailored solutions that predict and support strategic decisions by augmenting human intelligence.
